| Processing aids ACR YT series products are acrylic monomers made by emulsion polymerization process,can be well soluble with PVC at processing temperature,promote uniform and synchronous plasticization and melting,improve melt strength,
improve elongation performance,have long time processing stability,reduce processing temperature,and make PVC prod- ucts low heat shrinkage at the lowest possible processing temperature.Stable size,good mechanical properties and surface gloss.Ultra high molecular weight processing aids have the characteristics of ordinary processing aids,high melt strength and the function of foaming regulator.The product is white flowing powder.
Chất hỗ trợ chông va đập thuộc dòng ACR YT là các monome acrylic được tạo ra bằng quá trình trùng hợp nhũ tương, có thể hòa tan tốt với PVC ở nhiệt độ xử lý, thúc đẩy quá trình hoá dẻo, nóng chảy đồng đều và đồng bộ, cải thiện độ bền nóng chảy, cải thiện hiệu suất kéo dài, có độ ổn định xử lý trong thời gian dài, giảm nhiệt độ xử lý và tạo ra sản phẩm PVC ở nhiệt độ xử lý thấp nhất có thể. Sản phảm này có tính chất cơ học và độ bóng bề mặt ổn định. Chất hỗ trợ chống va đập có độ bền nóng chảy cao và chức năng điều chỉnh tạo bọt. Sản phẩm có dạng bột màu trắng. |

| Performance and application:it has all the basic characteristics of processing aids.Its molecular
weight is much higher than that of ordinary processing aids.It has high melt strength,excellent plasti- cization performance and balanced internal and external lubrication.When used as foaming regulator, it can not only give products more uniform cell structure,lower product density and better surface finish,but also improve the metal stripping and thermal stability of PVC mixture.It is suitable for all kinds of foaming products.When used as processing aids,it has higher melt strength and can increase the amount of filler under the same conditions. Their appearance is light yellow or milky white sheet or white powder.They have good dispersibility and are not easy to precipitate.They can prolong the plasticizing time,reduce the balance torque and enhance the demoulding effect.
